For infants four months through six years of age

A light hearted European introduction to the world of music
At Philomusica, children are welcomed to "A Musical Playground" where they can experience music in a fun, hands-on environment that will adjust to their needs as they develop and grow. Infants are gently introduced to the wonders of music through classical music, folk songs and nursery rhymes. Toddlers' innate musical aptitude is nurtured as they interact independently with music through movement, singing, exploring orchestral instruments, and playing age-appropriate instruments. Frequent integration of Piano skills gives the Preschoolers a great sense of achievement. This program focuses on the development of rhythmic co-ordination, tonal comprehension and musical participation. All musical concepts are revised and expanded upon, while music reading and piano skills are formalized, for the Kindergarteners.
